Strategize or DIE

I am excited about the year ahead. Why? As someone who is always talking about strategy, I encourage you to not just think about it but to be about it. Now that doesn't mean that you go out and get busy. Busy is the enemy of accomplishing things. I encourage you to map out a strategy. A strategy will ensure that your actions allow you to get somewhere or deliver something.  I am excited about the year ahead because I have a strategy. How about you? Do you have a strategy?
